Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change! Please review our cancellation terms before placing your order.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase as long as they haven’t been processed or shipped. After this time, your order may already be in production or transit and cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at esales@glossypaints.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Cancellation approved before processing & shipment, a 70% refund will be issued.
If already processed or taken into production, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipped Orders:
Once your order has been processed & shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Items once made & shipped are considered final. They cannot be returned or refunded. Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for details.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items:
Cancellations for personalized, custom, or made-to-order items are not accepted once production has started.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations:
If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
