Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped or picked up.

Paint and coating products are custom-tinted, mixed, or prepared to order, and therefore cannot be resold once opened or handled. We encourage customers to verify product specifications, color choices, and quantities before completing their purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery at esales@glossypaints.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
